“Pianist and composer Dinuk Wijeratne along with clarinetist and composer Kinan Azmeh, and the string ensemble A Far Cry asked us to consider the meaning of home Friday evening in the Breakers Mansion. Kinan Azmeh’s Ibn Arabi Postlude, taken from his larger suite by the same name, paired with Wijeratne’s Clarinet Concerto in a first half that opened with fellow American immigrant Kareem Roustom’s Dabke played by A Far Cry.”
