Experience the holiday season through the rich, resonant voices of Cantus! After two sold out performances in 2024, the premier low-voice ensemble returns to Newport for an afternoon of beloved Christmas carols and contemporary choral works. With music ranging from Silent Night and O Come, All Ye Faithful alongside recent works from the bold, fresh voices of composers like Zanaida Robles and Eric Whitacre, Christmas with Cantus is a warm and moving celebration of the season. Set in the intimate and acoustically exceptional Newport Classical Recital Hall, this festive one-hour performance offers a beautiful mix of familiar traditions and new perspectives on the season.

The Newport Classical Recital Hall is a beautiful and acoustically exceptional 182-seat venue that is home to Newport Classical's year-round Chamber Series, in addition to educational workshops and gatherings. This space also serves as the main offices for Newport Classical. 

PARKING
Free parking is available on a first come first served basis in a lot directly across Dearborn Street. Additional resident-only parking located along Dearborn, Baptist, and Perry Streets. Additional visitor parking can be found on Thames and Spring Streets.

ACCESSIBILITY
Fully wheelchair accessible. An accessible ramp is available at the main entrance on Dearborn St. 

The concert is approximately 60 with no intermission.

Doors will open at 12:30 PM, however, please arrive early to find parking.

There is free limited parking available in the lot directly across the street from Emmanuel Church. We anticipate this will become full quickly and encourage you to leave ample time to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Additional parking is located along Dearborn, Baptist and Perry Streets, as well as Thames and Spring Streets.

We regret that there are no refunds or cancellations.

If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Newport Classical for resale up until 90 minutes prior to the performance. Once your donated tickets are received by the box office, a tax receipt will be mailed to you approximately four weeks after the performance date.

Subject to availability, if you are unable to attend a performance, you will be eligible for a complimentary exchange into a future performance in the same season/series. Exchanges may be requested up until 90 minutes before a concert, and ticket buyers will be asked to pay the difference in price should the replacement performance ticket price exceed that of the original ticket. Newport Classical's 2026 Holiday Concert Series runs 12/5 through 12/12.
