Join us for this delightful holiday celebration as we present two spirited afternoon concerts of classical chamber music in the English Gothic Revival architecture of Emmanuel Church. The dynamic ensemble Frisson, featuring young master musicians led by oboist Thomas Gallant, will perform seasonal favorites including the Nutcracker Suite, Vivaldi's "Winter," Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 4, Carol of the Bells, a Christmas Jazz Suite, and traditional carols. Following the concert, ring in the holidays with a festive reception graciously hosted by the Vestry of Emmanuel Church.
Led by virtuoso violinist Rachell Ellen Wong and harpsichordist David Belkovski, the dynamic ensemble Twelfth Night brings their signature blend of historical performance and dynamic energy to Newport. Their program of Handel and Vivaldi will transport you through time, fusing the old with the new.
Palaver Strings, a dynamic musician-led ensemble showcases their commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices. The program features Kareem Roustom’s new work ḥawwāsh inspired by a traditional Arab line dance, alongside Palaver’s arrangement of Bartok’s Romanian Folk Dances, Kinan Azmeh’s Syrian Dances, and more, celebrating folk music as a powerful vehicle for both strength and joy.

Known for their electrifying stage presence, the trio fuses classical, jazz, hip-hop, and world music for audiences of all ages.
