Tallā Rouge Works for Two Violas

Set amongst the stunning pieces at the Newport Art Museum, this one-of-a-kind Cajun-Persian viola duo celebrates the virtuosity of the viola through their charismatic performances. Lauded as the “little viola duo that could” by Chamber Music America, Tallā Rouge has performed at Carnegie Hall and Dumbarton Oaks, and won multiple competitions. This concert features works celebrating living composers and reimagining classical favorites, showcasing the duo’s ability to take audiences on a “musical journey that travels far and wide across ‘genre-defying compositions’.” (Gramophone Magazine)
