Newport Classical’s Festival Artists in Residence Lun Li and Ariel Horowitz, violins; Edwin Kaplan, viola; Titilayo Ayangade, cello; and Llewellyn Sanchez-Werner, piano; delivered a grand-slam finale Saturday at The Breakers, including a debut work commissioned for the festival. Schumann’s mighty Quintet in E-flat Major Op 44 bristled with dynamic energy and intensity.
